The staff was very nice. There was abundant parking. Its right by the highway. The floors seemed a little dirty. The door to my room had a small issue. It wasnt one that was a big deal. The bathroom light worked but the other light by the sink did not. Overall its an ok place to sleep at night for a quick roadtrip layover.

I checked into room and the AC unit was not getting cold enough (extremely hot day), I asked to be moved to a new room and it was no problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and parking was great.

Great Hotel at a Great Price

Starting at check-in, Christie was so kind and friendly! She made us feel very welcome and checked us in quickly. Our room was freshly cleaned, smelled good, and the AC was already turned on to cool our room. Bed was very comfortable! Quiet and felt safe. There's a Dunkin Donuts open 24/7 right in the parking lot. First time staying here but will definitely be staying again!

The staff was nice. My first room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room, but they changed rooms for me without any issues. The recommendation for breakfast was Dunkin’ Donuts, however… the property, and the Hotel itself was run down and in desperate need of a facelift.

The later shift lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. The facility smelled of cigarettes and drugs. There were blood drops on the sheets but other than that it was a hotel. The bed was comfortable and the workspace was utilized. There were plenty of places to eat and for the most part quiet.

Mediocre room- fantastic customer service

The hotel and room were not in the best of conditions- something I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. The floors were dirty, furniture was very old and worn, some of the lights did not work. However, the woman at the front desk was incredible. She was very nice and made check-in easy, gave me the 1st floor request I had, and was able to answer all of my questions. I don't remember her name, but whoever was there Saturday afternoon- thank you.

Smelly room and water

The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. The room smelled horrible although very clean. The water from the faucet smelled awful and tasted like dirt. Not sure why but I didn’t feel comfortable at all with using the shower or the sink.
