Comfortable Stay

Overall a pleasant stay. Executive twin room was ample size clean and comfortable. Bed and linen was soft and cosy, brilliant sleep ....and im an insomniac. Buffer dinner, not a great selection was more biased with localised dishes. Great coffe in the lobby, but would stay clear of cakes/cheesecakes on display in the cooler....mainly because the cooler is not at optimal temperature...had to send back a cheesecake which was "warm".

I enjoyed my stay but hotel amenities are old it needs updating with right tools. Price of alcohol ridiculously expensive such as bottle of chardany cost Tk36,000 for 750 ml bottle which equivalent to dollar $288 approximately that bloody horrible, cost of breakfast maybe ok but all taxes are ridiculously expensive. Government needs to revise these issues if they wants to explore the country as tourists destination. Pillows are not good !!

The check-in experience was very unpleasant. The concierge agent was very unprofessional. While I was checking in, he kept entertaining other people without asking me. He put me on hold and made me wait for a long time. I had to wait for the room at around 4 pm. He asked me to sit and completely forgot. After sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, I went back, and then he gave me the room key. I was very tired.

I stayed in this hotel twice but this is the last one, extremely rude check in stuffs. They dont' know how to talk to an international guest. The check in person was really rude and misbehaved with me.
