Quick, efficient check-in by a pleasant member of staff. Room was simply furnished and rather compact; yet clean and quiet. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. At a reasonable price and just a few paces from the train station, what more can one expect? Would certainly stay here again.

Just what I needed

I needed a room for one night that was close to the railway station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though I was only staying one night. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

Great location with parking just outside Old town

The underground parking lot is next to the hotel (€15 per night) and reception staff allowed us to stay there till 2pm after checkout. The hotel entrance could be more clearly signed from carpark. The double room was small but clean. The venetian blind inside the window couldn't be adjusted but there was a long curtain. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was quite quiet. Useful to have a kettle in the room. Use of the pool and spa (open from 10am 10pm) was a nice surprise, ashame the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and sensory shower. Only a short walk to the old town.

I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. We parked nearby as the hotel’s lot was full; everything was fine. It was a bit stuffy in the room and the a/c didn’t work. We opened the window and it was surprisingly not noisy, even though we were facing the train station.

The location is perfect and the staff is very nice. The only issue is the cleanness. The pool is dirty and there is broken tiles all over the saunas. There was a lot of black mold in the room’s bathroom and there is no mini fridge in the room.

The Kyriad offer parking but lack the information to book the parking as only 12 spaces available. The shower was possibly the worst shower ever encountered (it was hot, so at least that was ok) but shower head useless. Didnt stay up and flopped down so you had to hold it all the time and the shower was like a hose as the head was either clogged or just didn't work. The aircon was ok but cant direct the flow so you cant really feel it and the windows are doubled glazed which helped with the noise. I stuffy room and rather small

The city is fine. The hotel was very cramped. Narrow, dark hallways and a tiny dark room with cobwebs in every corner. The location was surprisingly quiet. There is a pool. Breakfast was fine.

Not worth the money

Upon arrival we were told to not park in their garage but 1/2 mile away due their garage full, despite no smoking signs at our room the hallway and room smelled badly , room very tiny almost Japanese like. Glad to leave early after after one night with also big dogs like s German sheppard allowed in Hotel and bar area
