“Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

“This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache. “We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

“Beautiful property, the suites are done to a high standard and are exceptionally clean. A lot of care is taken to mainting the property to a high standard. The staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to kefalonia.”

“I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. As the hotel is still new, the sauna and steam room were not yet ready for guests. My only suggestion...

“Unsere Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Backofen/Herdkombination und eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Draußen konnten wir uns auf der Terrasse entspannen, hatten einen großen Esstisch und genossen den Duft der Jasminbüsche. Der Besitzer Stavros ist sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. “Suxh a warm welcome at Dina Apartments. Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities needed for a self catering stay. Close to Argostoli a good location to use as a base but would recommend having the use of a car. Supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk.”

“The view is beautiful and right in front of the ocean. The room is properly cleaned every day and comfortable. The manager MR Vasilis is being very helpful. One little thing to mention: the contact number on the website are out of date, before one week of our arrival, it’s almost impossible to get any responses as we need ed to sort out late arrival arrangements, we did panic. But once we are able to get hold of Mr Vasilis, communication was nice and smooth, he replied all questions promptly....

“The hotel is in a great location! The room was nice and we had reserved a room with a Seaview. I definitely think its worth the extra money to upgrade. The lobby and breakfast area was lovely. Most importantly the staff was kind and helpful. I'm sure they get lots of questions and requests all day and every day, however that did not deter them from being very kind and patient with my questions. There is also parking at this hotel which is wonderful for those that have a vehicle.”
