The facility and staff were top notch. We did have to call the front desk to make a complaint about a dog barking in a room nearby at no fault of the hotel or staff. Management acted immediately and even checked back with us.

Great place to stay with family and friends. We loved the place. Very convenient if you are visiting the Downtown area. It was clean and confortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the staff for guiding us through the check in and out process.
