“Elendig service og madforgiftning af aftensmaden. Der var ikke noget toiletpapir på værelset, personalet var ikke særligt opsøgende på vores behov, og det var ikke muligt at få noget at drikke. Poolen var mindre end på billederne, og der var ikke muligt at ligge der. Der var mange skrigende børn på trods af at råb ikke var tilladt. Placeringen umuliggjorde, at man kunne købe noget frokost eller drikkevarer, hvis man ikke har bil. Vi skulle være der i tre dage, vi rejste efter en. ”
