โThis is a quaint little place, convenient for a quick no frills overnight stay.
The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am.
Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice.โ
โLittle fly fishing break for hubby.
Lovely room with all the facilities, except a telly; this was a bonus though.
Dinner and breakfast were both excellent.
Will definitely be back for more fishing!โ

Never slept in such a comfortable bed and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

โThe picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you arenโt even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking).
Now. The park itself is nice and the properties there independently owned and operated - some looked lovely, we just got a poor...
โVery disappointing stay ,
We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasnโt cleaned and no bedding ,
We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,)
Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready ,
I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week ,
I would of expected a follow up chat asking if...
