"Enjoyed our stay while visiting for Disney World. The hotel has a shuttle for Disney World which helped save on renting a car seat or Ubers. It is best to reserve a spot as soon as the 24 hours before the timed slot you’d like. When we weren’t at the parks we enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and batting cages. Free full breakfast was a big plus as well. It is walking distance to Target and a few other dining options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!"

"First time staying here I always stay at the portofino resort decided to stay here because of the proximity to volcano bay I didn’t want to deal with shuttles or far away parking. I was extremely impressed with their staff they were all AMAZING especially the young lady at the front desk who check me in Kayla, she was a true professional knew her stuff and completely helpful from the start this hotel is very lucky to have someone like this working for them , she really elevated the experience"

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It’s close proximity to the theme parks and the shuttles help. The only con is that you can hear persons footsteps (running, jumping, playing) through the walls. It interrupts sleep if you’re a light sleeper."
