“The worst hotel stay ever! 1. Check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00pm. But the rooms were not ready at check-in time. Not only my family, but so many other families just had to wait for a long time until their rooms got ready. My family was able to ckeck in at 5:00pm. 2. The mattress was all broken and sinking into the centre. I wonder if prison mattresses are any worse than this. 3. When my wife was taking a shower at around 10pm, hot water just stopped. “Great location. Very nice staff. Room has been updated and looks great. Everything worked fine - except the spotty wi-fi. Only disappointment was there is no pool or hot tub as shown in Expedia photos. Would stay here again 😀”
