“Terrible experience. We arrived late as we only had a one night stay prior to flight the next day. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful. Quick check in. But everything was downhill from there. The property is outdated, and layouts make no sense whatsoever. It is NOT ACCESSIBLE FRIENDLY. We had 3 suitcases and were given a room that was in the basement, behind 4 sets of doors, with no elevator access. We were the only room in that area of the building, which made it feel unsafe. “This was the perfect hotel for our 5 days trip to Toronto, its 15 mins away from downtown and from the airport. Right across the street from shoppers which was great for us needing things like water and toiletries. The room was spacious and clean. Stocked with enough coffee for all. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout the trip just an email or a phone call away!”
