The breakfast voucher was a very nice perk and the staff were very friendly.
Also, we ate at the restaurant for dinner with a large party and everyone was completely satisfied with their meal…from salads, to fish, to pasta, it was all so delicious. The bread was also very good.
My only suggestion is: if the muffins and pastries setting in the main thoroughfare hall are not complimentary, please attach a sign on them with a price. That will keep people from being embarrassed. But I must say, after we helped ourselves to them and they later let us know that they were not complimentary, they did allow us to enjoy the ones we took at no cost. This only happened once and once we knew, we would not have ever taken advantage.
One more thing, there was a note on the desk in my room from the maid, that I inconveniently saw only AFTER I got out of the shower, that the hair dryer did not work and yet it had not been replaced. When I went to call the front desk for accommodation, there was nothing on the phone to help me to know what button was for the front desk. I pressed “0” and there was no answer. Therefore, I had no hairdryer available when I really needed it. "
