"Overall worth the cost. It has all the amenities in the room described- kitchen, fridge, pots/pans, plates etc. The kitchen sink and kitchen in general was super duper small so wouldn’t be good for a larger meal prep. I just heated some stuff up. Hotel was quiet and clean. You don’t get room cleaning for less than 3 days so if that’s important to you, maybe not the best fit. They had signs in English for many things, but I would have appreciated some directions on how to work the induction stove. Since they must cater to foreign travelers given everything in English, you would think they’d realize induction stovetops are not a thing in America. I also would have appreciated a heads up about the major construction and how to safely cross the street to the property from the train station. I just crossed when traffic wasn’t coming and hoped for best. It is a bit of a walk from old town so something to note. Overall woyld stay again and was worth the price."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The views from our room were wonderful. Great location with easy walking access to so many great places to shop, eat, or just see. My family had two rooms, and since they were across the hall from each other we got to see the castle view and the city view. My photos don’t do it justice."

"Everything was perfect! A bit disappointed that the buffet dinner didn’t had more choice suitable for children, but this is personal to every family. One of our children has a very limited diet and couldn’t find nothing that he would eat."

"We stayed here for one night on our way back to Brussels. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The room was well appointed with a mini bar, comfy beds and air con. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was good too"

"Good hotel, but TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EXPEDIA! The hotel is worthy of its high ratings, but Expedia didn't bother to warn that it is unstaffed, and presumes a reasonable comprehension of written German. I haven't studied German in decades, and when I arrived tired and hot in the early evening, there was no one there. I accessed the property's message to me through the app. All German. Might not have been a huge issue, but the Expedia app on my phone would not allow me to copy the text of the message so that I could put it into a translator. I was able to figure out the code for the front door, my room number, and the code to my room, so I got in, however I couldn't access the parking garage with my comprehension of the information in hand. There is no parking on the street in front so I had to park my motorcycle on a landing on the side of the building until I was able to make telephone contact with an English speaking member of staff who was able to provide access. By this time I was very cross with Expedia for not providing any warning. I would have made a different choice, had Expedia informed me. The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and offers tremendous value for money. If your comprehension of written German is adequate, you might love it. The only reason my marks aren't five ⭐'s all across is due to the incomplete info from Expedia."
