First of all, many thanks to the gentleman named ANOUAR at the reception. He was very kind and helpful. They gave us a very nice room. We stayed for four nights and were very happy. I found the breakfast very adequate. The ventilation system and cleanliness were all excellent. The staff was very helpful.

I had a good 2 week stay at the Ezdan, hotel was great especially for the price, only disappointment that it was listed as having a bar on location, but this was not true. Great spot. Just wish it had even a small pub/bar

The only thing I didn't like about my room was the smell of cigarette:( it was too strong. With that said, I still recommend it. Everyone welcomes you with a smile! I had lunch and dinner in one of their restaurants and I loved it. I left this morning and said to the receptionist that they'll see me back the future :)

A CITY UNTO ITSELF - A RESORT IN CENTRAL DOHA

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal - it was like a city unto itself! It is in a great location close to a Kmart which is more like a small supermarket. Hotel & rooms are a little dated but very clean. Short stroll to the coastline. Breakfast was absolutely huge - so much to choose from. The pool was nice but absolutely freezing! Fabulous views from the hotel room of the coastline and the skyline. The staff were really lovely - they were so welcoming and accommodating. They offered me 4pm checkout free of charge which was amazing. Laundry service was very expensive but it was prompt. There are 4 towers to this hotel. Level 4 is shared by all towers and there is a small supermarket, a pool, cafes and restaurants, a barber shop, a basketball court and a children's play area. This hotel comes RECOMMENDED without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

GOOD...BUT FAR FROM GREAT!

I stayed at this hotel five months earlier and enjoyed it so much, I didn't hesitate to return. I still love the location of the hotel and the fact that they have a massive swimming pool, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a basketball court and cafes and restaurants all on the premises. There are also coffee shops and a Kmart (which is more like another supermarket). My only disappointment on this trip was the day I checked out. This hotel is part of the Qatar Stopover program. They are used to people having flights coming and going at all hours of the day. I requested a 4pm check out which they gave me and I was incredibly grateful. However, at the crack of midday, I got booted off the Wi-Fi. They told me how to reconnect but the connection was unstable and I kept getting booted off. I also had somebody knock on my door just after 1pm and ask when I was leaving. This person was oblivious to my 4pm checkout. Lastly, on the morning of my checkout, I asked a staff member to put my bottle of water in the freezer. I told them SEVERAL TIMES it was imperative that I have ice for my flight to keep some medication cold. Upon checkout, they presented me with a bottle of water that had been in the fridge. So my medication probably spoiled on my flight. I was incredibly disappointed that such a simple request was not followed. I am now requesting compensation for the spoiled medication which was worth a fortune.
