Shahin is the best, he was above and beyond, he even walked with us all the way from the parking lot and made the luggage experience smooth; but the whole staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent! No complaints for what it is, a boutique hotel right inside the souk. You're not gonna get the glitsy, hyper modern Qatar experience here, but if you want a more traditional experience, its great. Really good service, clean nice room, great location.

I liked the location of the hotel very much. My one problem is that I could not find a way to switch off the lights at night. I asked someone working there, and he did not know either. It this seems to be a problem with other hotels in the Gulf.

Great Hotel by the Souq

Great location to the souq and other sites along the waterfront. Be aware there are about 6 different hotels under the Tivoli brand in this location. Our suite was well appointed and comfortable. Service is outstanding.

Lovely hotels in the centre historic Souq Waqif.

THe Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are a collection of 8 hotels in the beautiful historic area of Souq Waqif. Excellent area to stay if you are a first time visitor like myself and wanting to be in a more historic and cultural area of Doha. THe 8 buildings are all at different standards, so it is probably best to get clarification on what class of hotel you will be in. Staff are fantastic!

Staff are friendly and helpful. It was 45 degrees every day so being able to get transport around the area during the day was great. Pool was open till 7. A bit later would have been good. Breakfast was excellent.
