Disappointing
"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. ..."

"The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay."
