โI stayed in a family room with suite room (204). The lay out was fab as had a sectioned off area where the kids slept. The rooms were clean, modern with tv, fridge, kettle, hairdreyer, gorgeous bathroom. It had lovely windows over looking some of the park which my child loved. Itโs situated 2 min walk from Park and Hex complex has shops and restaurants and a mini golf. โFriendly and helpful staff who helped bring my suitcases up and down the stairs. The air conditioning didnโt work so they sent someone up to our room to help. Whilst they couldnโt fix it, they did provide a fan which did the job and that service I found to be great and friendly. โ
โWelcoming and informative on arrival, Very clean airy room, with all amenities. Really well equipped self serve breakfast/dining area. Very impressed and look forward to booking again when in area.

โStaff where great and very friendly rooms where lovely and very cosey the surrounding area is really nice and ever had a nice chat with one of the events managers who was a lovely bloke.โ
โAs soon as I arrived I was greeted by Zoe. She was fantastic. So welcoming and friendly. My room was fantastic. So comfortable and spacious and clean. Everything here was wonderful and I can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay. โ
