"We got upgraded to the junior executive suite by the nice man at the front desk. Our room was massive and had the perfect massage chair to take our tiredness away. We did not want to leave this hotel as it was that good! Will drfinitely come back again :) thank you for the awesome service"

"It is close to the centre and very close 2 min. To the line 5 of the tube. Breakfast was good. Only thing wifi works not very well. But a part for this all good "

"Our stay was great. Only issue was the government meetings happening nearby required us to not go out at all for one of the days during our stay. As that wasn’t going to work for us, we changed hotels and they gave us a full refund for unused nights despite it being past refundable date. It would have been nice to know sooner if possible, but given they refunded our unused portion in full, we are still happy with their service. The hotel itself was nice, really convenient location, and the in room washer/dryer and kitchen was really nice to have. "

What truly made our experience special was the staff – always attentive, professional, and ready to assist. In particular, Mason provided exceptional service: he was very polite, friendly, and very helpful, arranging a taxi for us and ensuring the driver knew exactly where to take us. "Great hotel just 20 minutes walk to Forbidden City or Tiananmen square, and very close to the metro. The staff spoke good English and were really helpful "

"This hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are spacious and it is located in a building with many dining options. The staff I met english was limited, but nevertheless was helpful. It is located about 5 minutes walk from the subway station and other transport options are close by and it is walking distance from shopping and dining options, also less that 5 minutes walk from the railway station"
