"Room was clean but main door to building was broken, plus upon arrival the code received from Expedia was not working to open the apt door. Upon WhatsApp message from we were able to get the crew code in about 30 mins. Also next morning they sent workers to fix the main door and there was a ton of construction noise and banging because of it. When we notified the WhatsApp number they said they didn’t know what it was and never responded back . Ruined a good sleep."

It smelled musty, especially in the bathroom which had water damage on the wall, the shower was very dark, one of the two windows opened into the lobby (so was pretty useless for sunlight and fresh air) and lastly there was so cell phone service OR wifi (wifi is provided in the room but never worked). "
