"On-site parking in a garage under the hotel was very convenient. FYI clearance is listed as 6’ high so be mindful of that. I drive an suv and it fit fine. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was a decent size for in a bigger city. It was a 16 minute walk to Fenway park, which is why we went there. Easy access back on to the mass pike as well. No frills, but comfy bed and clean/ well cared for. Will definitely stay here again!"

"All aspects of the hotel were good. Minor issues: no complimentary water in room, no coffee maker, small ish pool when filled with kids (no reserved lap lanes), but a good intercon standard overall. The staff I interacted with were good, but Rameda at reception was GREAT! She solved an issue with my booking and really turned my visit around. Thanks Rameda- I’ll be back because of the quality of your customer service. "

"Quiet hotel with spacious/clean rooms, easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of parks, restaurants and super markets. However, two small bottles of water in the refrigerator were complimentary ONLY for elite members and this *for me* reflects poor customer care. Next time, I will avoid Hyatt if they don't change this myopic policy..."
