What a wonderful experience. From the check-in through out our stay we were treated with gold gloves. We were originally booked for a short 2 night stay but decided to stay another night. The property and room is pristine with modern amenities and bathroom fixtures. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely return. A 5 star rating all around.

Excellent stay. Food was great. Big thank you to Mary Ann in Brisa Restaurant for all your service. I would return again. Absolutely beautiful property. The children’s free play area really came in handy at check out. Watch out for the taxi fee to leave the property. Automatically starts at 100 pesos + 50 peso fee. Paying for the free breakfast is a great deal.

"I have stayed in Sheraton Mactan a lot of times and have enjoyed every stay but for this trip there are some things I would like to say and comment. Room - before they provided rubber slippers which was very convenient since their beach is very rocky, now they only provide the typical room slippers. ..."
