"We got a free upgrade to a suite. The room was great. The bathroom not so much. You have to enter the shower to turn it on. The lights were very dim making it hard to apply makeup. The water pressure was dismal. The overall stay was great. The hotel is going through renovations but still looked great."

"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. I really like the bar in the hotel. It was very confusing trying to find where we parked our car and the different elevators. It’s a really big hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably would not stay there again."

"Check in was at 3pm and we got there a little after 4pm. We had to check our bags so we wouldn’t miss the Reds game because no rooms were ready. I received an email around 9:30pm from Moxy that a system glitch overbooked and we weren’t getting a room. Instead of trying to find another hotel at 11pm we decided to drive 2.5hrs. home. Moxy did not offer any accommodation for the inconveniences."

"Thermostat in room did not work. Asked for maintenance and they reset the unit but it shut off again. Room was 76-77 degrees all night which made it too warm to get any rest. Advised front desk at checkout. They indicated we would get an email from management, but have not. I don’t recommend staying here, I know we won’t be back. "
