"You need to press a button from inside small lobby area to get outside by the pool entrance; buttons on both sides were broken, hanging off with exposed wiring. Elevators were very slow and outdated, leaving guests with significant wait times. We stayed in room 906, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean-but kitchen and main living area was HORRIBLE. There was an odor of wet dog or mildew that had us spraying febreeze throughout our stay. Cabinets dirty and falling off hinges, carpet torn and moldy, no light fixture in living room (had to get lamp out of master bedroom, but then the lamp didn’t work), no trash bin (even after calling and asking for one), no remote for tv in master, missing light switch to turn off light in dining area (had to manually unscrew the bulb to turn off), amongst other things. When we went to the reception office the second day to complain, we were told they aren’t responsible for the units-they are only the rental company. "
