"Staff were really polite and service-oriented. The room was lovely, clean, great view and good amenities. The hotel is in a fabulous location. Walking distance to main attractions. The indoor pool was fantastic, and the outdoor fire pits and hot tub felt luxurious. "

"We stayed for 5 days. We had excellent room service for dinner and breakfast. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the heating and air conditioning worked well. The staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central and located right by the water. There were many options around for food, drinks and coffee!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Nice peak-a-boo view of the harbour and north shore. Excellent walkable location. Brunch in the hotel restaurant was excellent (server Joanne was helpful and very accommodating). Only thing that we found a bit lacking was the hot tub - which didn’t have working jets and was just warmish. Might want to rope it off completely until fixed as it didn’t seem to be the most hygienic. Other than that, everything was very good. "
