The lady at the counter when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we were able to keep the King size bed even with our dog (for a fee) which is the way it ahould be. We were able to plug our truck in as well because it was quite cold out. My only problwm would be the comfort of the bed and pillows but I alwo understand that is personal preference too.

We opened the door to the room and it was like a meat locker. It was so cold! Then upon looking the room over we noticed a Thank You post it from another guest on the mirror, front desk was made aware. Staff were very friendly and when I lost my car keys, the night staff came outside with me and helped me look for them. They were found by someone and left at the door!

Desk persons were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. I did not appreciate wooden utensils to eat with and told them so and they brought me stainless steel. Thank you for that. Overall very good experience.

We checked in later (10 PM) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Seamless check-in. Breakfast was good with a smaller selection. The hotel doesn't have an elevator as it is an older style that hasn't been renovated recently. However, the cleanliness was top notch.

Many of the staff where very nice; however, initially check in staff quite rude insisting there was no online check when I was just just apologizing for being 15 minutes late and needed help with uploading g my picture to the online check in. Also beds were amazing, same with room size but smell on entry and bugs in carpet. No alternate room was given or discount for bugs, no cream for coffee in the morning. All in all though staff was super friendly and pub restaurant amazing.
