"First, given a room someone had obviously been living in LONG term (food, clothes scattered everywhere), front desk had no idea what was going on. Second, floor was so dirty that one trip to bathroom and my feet were absolutely black. Coffee maker disposable filter basket wasn't designed for unit in the room, hot water and coffee everywhere. NO milk at breakfast for other visitors. Front desk didn't want to give back my $50 cash deposit upon checking out . . . stayed at a LOT of hotels, this was a first that required a cash deposit. Will NEVER stay here again and recommend on social media to STAY AWAY !"

Best option for the price in Pensacola! This will be my go to hotel in Pensacola. My dad always chose Best Western hotels when we were traveling. I now realize why that was. "
