"The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, and the restaurant on the 9th floor was excellent. The food, service, and overall experience were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel. PS: My friend accidentally left some jewelry behind and contacted the front desk after we had already checked out. The staff immediately conducted a thorough search, followed up with us about an hour later, and let us know they had not yet located the items but were continuing to look and had notified the housekeeping manager. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated. Even though the jewelry had not been found at that point, their level of care and communication spoke volumes about their commitment to guest service. Thank you to the team for their efforts. ✨"

"Great location. Easy for public transportation. Staff was okay, but it would be better customer service if were given a room not facing the main street. It’s too noisy, esp. in the morning where you’re still asleep and you could hear the buses and cars passing by. I did not realize it until the following morning. Stayed there for only 2 nights so I did not ask them to move us, just making myself believe they were sold out, that’s why we were assigned a “noisy” room. When you book this hotel/location, ask for rooms facing the courtyard or at the back. Also, walls are thin, you could hear the doors slamming next door or by nearby rooms. If you are okay with the noise, it’s not a bad hotel."

"We didn’t use any of the amenities at the Majestic hotel. We were over across the street in the larger apartment with its own private patio, which was very nice. The room had two air units was quiet, dark enough, and my daughter‘s room and pretty dark when you close the curtain in the master we felt safe with key access outside door to street and needing a key to access elevator. Room was quiet and very large."
