The elevator needs a service, feels clunky and not smooth. Walls are very thin, can easily hear neighbors.

Our stay was fine, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern and the reason I dropped my rating on cleanliness is because the arm chair in our room really needs a cleaning. The arms were very dirty. Overall we had a good stay. We arrived a little early and staff were very accommodating and got us in to our rooms as soon as possible and welcomed us to use the lounge area to visit and relax before our rooms were ready. Well done.

I come back here at least once a month for work and stay at this hotel specifically for the amazing staff. They make my work trips so much better. They are all incredible!

The hotel was lovely. Would stay here again. The staff were amazing and were very friendly. I cannot comment on the grounds as there was still snow. We had a view of the town that was lovely. The elevators scared the heck out of me everytime but did appreciate the sign pre warning me. I did not use the exercise facilities as I had intended. The breakfast was simple but filling.

staff was great and quick to resolve issue we had. They were also we extremely helpful with an issue that was entirely outside of the hotel i had. the rooms are clean but getting quite worn

Each and every member of the front desk staff was so friendly and warm and down to earth. Very inviting. The room was large, with a bigger than usual fridge and lots of space with all the furniture we needed for our family of 4 to enjoy. Thank you.

Bed was too firm but that is a personal preference. The mattress pad was worn and pitted however did not affect the quality of the sleep.

My family and I love staying at this hotel. It is safe reliable and clean. The kids love seeing Tyra, the Worlds Largest Dinosaur out of the 5th floor window! The location is great, across from a cool little grocery store and close to downtown. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. 5/5 we stay here at least 3 times a year.

Very friendly staff. Replaced the tv when we couldn’t get it to shut off. Helped with restaurants location. Greeted by cleaning staff. A very pleasantly experience.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were really comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The only downside was the furnishings..doorways and hallways are a little tired looking.

The reception area was clean, welcoming and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were generously sized with great beds. Breakfast could use some improvement, specifically the 'omelette'.

There was no hot water when we came back from eating front desk aware and stated try in a bit. 2 hours later there was still no hot water

Stayed in a room on the 4th floor, bedsheets and bathroom are clean. Not the most soundproof, heard running and talking in the halls, and vacuuming in the mornings. Water pipes or faucets used in nearby room are also VERY squeaky and loud. Loud heat pump in the room. Conveniently located near a grocery store with Starbucks in the adjoining parking lot. Overall decent, but not sure if I could recommend as a light sleeper.
