“So glad we picked to stay at Despina Mare it really is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Despina herself was so helpful and arranged accommodation and taxis for us when we had to arrive a day early due to ferry strikes from Athens. The homemade cakes and pastries left in our room were the perfect added extra. The resort itself is beautiful and you are less than 5 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. “Plus points, charming, small, family run hotel in quiet location close to town centre. Breakfast was very impressive! Minus points, very little storage space (no drawers in bedroom or shower room). Family on site speak very little english. In spite of minus points we loved the place”
