What a beautiful hotel, fantastic service and wonderfully relaxing. Everything is well thought through and it doesn't feel overly crowded. There was always sunbeds by the pool and afternoon tea in the skyview was perfect.

The personnel in the Burj Al Arab went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! It was my moms birthday and she was amazed at the room upgrade, the hospitality, the cleanliness of the room, and our butler BoBo who was super nice and accommodating! Amazing. We got a great half board package which included Michelin star restaurants. The only complaint is the pool is in dire need of refurbishment. There were many cracked tiles and rust staining which was really out of place for such a beautiful property.

Staying at this hotel was a truly unique experience. We had a duplex suite, with lots of amenities. The upstairs bathroom had a whirlpool bathtub in addition to a great shower. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff, at all stages of our stay, were polite and engaging.

One night stay at this seven star hotel to celebrate our anniversary. It was amazing from the time we checked in (they gave us an upgrade) to the time we left! The service is first class! Would love to come back and stay again next time we are in Dubai.

We had a super relaxing stay. We were looked after superbly by all staff bar one. She barge in the lift and went up despite our lift travelling downwards. The hotel is now 20 years old and shows in some places but this did not detract from the opulence and service with a smile. The bedding and bed was pure luxury. Looking forward to returning!
