Ok lets start with the good , the hotel is located close to everything, about 30 mms walk from Burj Khalifa , 4 mms walk to a train station, and a bunch of restaurants and convenience stores near by , the bad , is a little outdated, we stay 5 days and we didn’t get our room cleaned,

Great downtown hotel for visiting the sights

A great hotel ideally located downtown ideal fir visiting many sights such as Burj Khalifa. Fountains, the frame, museum of the future etc. it was much better than we’d expected and our suite was very spacious and comfortable. I particularly loved the big bathroom with rain shower and huge soaker tub. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the area

To whom it may concern, I wish to make a complaint about the room I received whilst staying at the Carlton Downtown, Dubai 23-27 February 2025. Upon arrival, I asked reception for a room with a view of the Burj Khalika and was told I could have one. When I went into the room, there was no view. I asked reception again and was assured that I would be moved the following day. The same thing happened every day and I was never moved, despite promises that I would be. I was eventually offered the possibility of one night in a room with a view but it was too late by then. I am really unhappy about this and it spoiled my stay. Thank you
