We stayed here as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from the UK for just six hours before continuing our journey, but we were genuinely impressed. The room was spotless, the beds were exceptionally comfortable (honestly up there with some of the best luxury hotels we’ve stayed in), and the whole hotel felt modern, quiet and well maintained. The location is ideal—around 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport and only a short walk to the Metro, making it a great base if you’re arriving early or have a layover. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, attentive staff and great made-to-order coffee. Our only regret was not having longer to enjoy the hotel. Tip for travellers: If your flight arrives very early and your main hotel is some distance away (ours was a 1½-hour drive to Abu Dhabi), consider booking a night here instead of paying for an extra night at your resort just so you can check in at 5am. We had a proper night’s sleep, enjoyed breakfast, and then travelled to Abu Dhabi refreshed and ready to start our holiday. It also saved us around £640 (yes we only paid £60 for 5 of us!!) compared with paying for an extra night at our £700-a-night resort where your already missed your evening meal and what your paying for! For anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and excellent-value stay near Dubai Airport, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jadaf.

As we arrived it took around 10 minutes to get seen at check in as there was 1 person at the desk on the phone call. When we got to our room we found the sliding wardrobe door was broken so it was almost impossible to get to the safe. Otherwise the room itself was good and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was fine but was moved from ground floor to 1st floor and no one informed us so it was quite confusing. Also at one point the keycard did not work and we were locked out of our room with a toddler which was stressful. But the staff around the hotel were helpful.

Yes the room was excellent and we got prompt response for all our needs Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. We had a comfortable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The rooms were accommodating and well-maintained; the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a multitude of options. It is a bit of a distance away from all the tourist points and activities of Dubai but this is exactly what we were wanted. The area surrounding the hotel was busy with street traffic and construction so not the easiest or most convenient to walk around. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if needed.
