I didn’t have breakfast, but the room service was great. From the moment I arrived from the airport, the staff was remarkably pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t use the bar or the 24/7 coffee shop, but everything looked very nice. Excellent location with beautiful scenery!

Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The rooms are a little compact but the bathroom is a really nice size. The only disappointment was the spa area, it is extremely small and the steam/sauna wasn’t switched on when we arrived at 21:15 after a full day exploring Dubai.

Outstanding experience! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel has such a classy, welcoming vibe. We loved the welcome drinks and snacks, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely book again for future trips!

Amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth with complimentary welcome drinks. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, with incredible views, and I completely fell in love with the bathroom 🖤. For my birthday they decorated the room so beautifully and even surprised me with a delicious cake, it made me feel truly special. The service was impeccable. A special mention to Shakil, who kept our room spotless and made sure we were pampered, and to Daniela at reception for her kindness and warm welcome. Honestly, every member of staff we met was genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience unforgettable. I usually don’t stay in the same hotel twice when I travel because I like to try new places, but this is one I will definitely return to without hesitation. It felt like a dream from start to finish ✨🌴

great stay at the hotel. It's new and clean with a superb view to wake up to. Welcomed by the lovely team to greet me at the restaurant every morning. They even remembered my choice of coffee and eating sequence. It's truly amazing and see how dedicated they are.

I stayed here for three nights with grown-up children. The staff, the room, the food, and the drinks were perfect. They provided impeccable valet, check-in staff, and concierge services. They also provided an ad hoc sofa bed for my teenage son. We had a welcome snack in our room, and the minibar was affordable. The location was perfect for viewing the Burj Khalifa and was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We had two complementary drinks per person each evening, along with excellent hot and cold snacks. The bar girl Heaven was amazing. I must also mention the restaurant manager, Hanny, who was welcoming and approachable, Ryiad, and the egg station guy at breakfast. I would not hesitate to return here because our stay was just fantastic. Great hotel and wonderful people, don't let your standards drop.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The area is pretty decent, lots of businesses, cafés and restaurants in Business Bay. Because it’s brand-new everything is so clean, fresh, the pool is nice and the towels are super soft and fluffy. The service is amazing. I picked the room with a view facing the Burj Khalifa and it was absolutely incredible, particularly at night with the lights of the city… I quite enjoy that the curtains electronically from your bed Only downfalls are the breakfast could have more options, and getting a taxi was a little bit difficult because they are yet to figure out how to find the hotel. Otherwise, I will definitely be back
