THOMAS

Check-in was not very friendly. Room was booked for 3 adults - however room was not ready at arrival. Later the hotel placed a bed between the desk and sofa in the middle of the living room. Above this room had a bad smell - although we specifically asked for a non smoking room it might be that other guests were smoking in this room. Breakfast is very busy but plenty of offers.

This is my second time staying here and staff are always helpful and going above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The location is convenient to explore the creek area - souks and historical Dubai. Its also walking distance to metro line. There is a good choice of restaurants in the hotel but there is a small mall attached to it that also has more casual dining. And a few food places connected to the metro station - I didn't need to go very far to have a variety.
