Recently stayed at Regency Luxury Suites for 7 days 19-26 November. I had a top floor one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was perfect for my needs and whilst Luxury is a bit ott the accommodation was spotless, well thought out, staff were first class especially Beatrice on Reception. The location is excellent for the Marina, for getting over to The Walk and Beach and not far from 2 Metro stations. If I return to this part of Dubai I would be thrilled to return to this Apartment.

Zugangskarten funktionierten dauernd nicht im Aufzug. Schlafzimmerbalkontür war undicht, deshalb sehr laut im Zimmer. Möbel schmutzig und unbequem. Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage in einem Raum derekt, wurde aber schnell repariert. Sanitäreinrichtungen mittelmäßig. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis komplett unangemessen. Lage ist perfekt zwischen Marina, Metro und Mall

I wouldn't call the hotel luxury, so the advertisement is misleading. The room was clean, but it was definitely a step down from Tumbi Hotel Dubai The Palm. I wish I had kept my booking there, but I wanted to try new things! The room was also so cold at night, so when I called the receptionist to ask about heating, they hung up — and as an asthmatic, this was very important to me! The customer service wasn't great. The manager, Aziz, had an attitude from the beginning; it was barely possible to get any response to questions! I usually don't leave bad reviews, but as someone who owned a hotel, I think it is important to leave feedback — especially if the management is not communicating — and hopefully, it will help improve their service!

İnce ayrıntı oteli 💙

Otel gerçekten çok güzeldi. Konumu Sobha realty metro istasyonuna 10-12 dakika, marinaya 5 dakika jbr’a da 15 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Her yere bu denli yakın olmasını çok sevdik. 3 kişi kaldık. Bir büyük çift kişilik yatak ve bir büyük koltuk vardı. Çok rahat ettik bu konuda. Sadece odayı tuttuk. Mutfak kısmında mikrodalga, fırın, ocak, ekmek kızartma makinesi gibi kurtarıcı mutfak eşyaları büyük kolaylık sağladı bize. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği konusunda yorum yapamayacağım fakat temizlik konusunda gerçekten harikalar. Sizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Diş fırçası krem şampuan pamuk iğne ipliğe kadar her şey çok ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Ve kattaki görevlilerden ne isterseniz anında getiriliyordu. Otelin yalnızca havuz kısmını beğenmedim. 1.10 falan sanırım boyu. Havuz kısmından hiç keyif alamadık ve galiba tek eksisi de bu. Otelin ilgi alakası çok iyiydi. Dubaiye tekrar gelecek olsam yine bu oteli seçerim. Ek olarak otelin hemen 5 dakika mesafesinde Dubai marina mall, carrefoursa, ve 7/24 açık olan bir market var.

Good location at the entrance of Dubai Marina, perfect to take taxi, since the hotel is located just before traffic starts. Free room upgrade granted us a huge room with a superb view of Dubai Marina and nice amenities such as kitchen and washing machine, very appreciated! Walkable 10 mins from JBR and very convenient to take electric scooters on the Marina Walk! Just one tip for the hotel: please place the bed in the room in a way that faces the outside Marina view.
