Lovely stay!

Such a nice hotel with good location and service. Lovely room. Specially Ansari and Ashklar gave a really good service by the pool everyday. Can recommend and would love to visit again another time.

The room was lovely and great size. The food in the hotel was unreal. Especially at the Peacock Restaurant where the staff was the friendliest people we have met and provided 5* customer service. The pool area could be improved, the pool was pretty small and not many beds. It was difficult to get a bed on the beach also. Seemed like quite a few had put their towels down before breakfast. All in all the stay was great and the location was perfect.

My partner & I came from the US for a vacation and was very impressed, the staff was AMAZING, they were so kind and accommodating and helpful with everything. Everywhere was clean and room service requests was answered immediately. We both enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and come back!

Perfect Stay at Sheraton JBR Dubai! From the unbeatable location to the incredible staff, my stay at Sheraton JBR was nothing short of perfect. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast was outstanding! The chefs even prepared off-the-menu dishes for us, and everything tasted amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back! Note: While it’s no fault of the hotel, there can be traffic build-up from the late afternoon onwards, so plan accordingly.

The Sheraton Hotel, Jumeirah Beach resort is fantastic. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful outside space, a large pool and it's a great location. The staff are superb, friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay

Rooms are nice and recently renovated. Close to lots of restaurants and fast-food places. The grounds and pool area are great and are right next to the beach and The Walk. Most staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurants on site serve great food and drinks, although somewhat expensive, the buffet breakfast has plenty of choice. Very easy access to taxis, trams and tours.

The property inside has undergone a recent refurbishment and looks great .. the club level lounge is worth upgrading to.. the staff were amazing in the hotel and so were the lifeguards on the beach .. they make the Sheraton brand stand out .. a wonderful holiday .. thank you Dushan, Kingsley , Micheal , Julie and all the staff

I stayed at the Sheraton JBR few times as it’s very good but this time was much better as it’s been fully refurbished. Mr Mohamed El Aghoury was very helpful and respectful dealing with my queries. The staff at al hadeqa restaurant are really nice and friendly specially Sameh and Waleed, we spent most of our evenings there great food and service. At the beach Most of the staff are helpful and friendly specially Abdul Rahman always helped with a smile Me and my kids love the place and definitely had a great time as always, when ever I go to Dubai I will stay there it’s feel like home when you are surrounded with lovely helpful smiling people 24/7

Absolute 100/10 stay, we cannot wait to come back. The staff here were so attentive and kind, nothing was too much for them! I lost my phone and the hotel was nothing but helpful when contacting the company I lost my phone at. The hotel rooms are stunning, clean and modern. The breakfast, lunch and dinner selections are top class and the chef’s will literally make you whatever you want ( I am a fussy eater so this was perfect for me! ). There was no hash browns on one morning and I asked if they could make me some and they came out with a whole plate full! That is the only was I can describe this hotel- you ask for something and you go above and beyond for you. We were so grateful for the amazing gifts left in our hotel for my partners birthday and for Easter ! The private beach is perfect and insanely SAFE, we left our bags on the beach everyday as we knew the lifeguards are always watching and keeping everything safe. The hotel is directly on the beach and just down from JBR strip of shops, restaurants and beach clubs. Thank you SO much Sheraton for the most perfect and relaxing holiday. We hope to come back soon!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort (JBR) in Dubai, and I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I've had. Location: You really can't beat the location – right on the beach with stunning views, and just steps away from The Walk at JBR and Dubai Marina. Whether you’re after relaxation or looking to explore, everything is conveniently close. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the sea. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our visit. Staff & Service: This is where Sheraton JBR truly shines. The staff were all amazing – friendly, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. A special mention to Terrence at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful. We arrived early on a morning flight, and he went out of his way to get us checked in quickly so we could rest and settle in. It made such a big difference and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast staff were 1000/10 – seriously amazing. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so well looked after every morning. What made it extra special was that the chefs even came out to greet us personally and prepared off-menu dishes that were absolutely delicious. That level of care and personal touch made our mornings something to look forward to every day.

Renovated vintage hotel

One of the oldest hotels in Dubai Marina, but renovated recently, so in good condition. Club room definitely worth it. Amazing service at Club Lounge, thanks especially to Michel! Breakfast there not as diverse as downstairs at SeaField restaurant, but lounge more peaceful and with great views to the sea. Good snacks during the day and happy hour every day 5:30pm-8:30pm. We recommend also the half board option, as a dinner at SeaField restaurant, very good selection of all kinds of appetizers, main courses and desserts. Pool area very nice, but at least in February the nearby high buildings blok the sun quite often. The private beach has more sun, but even there you need to change the position if you want to be in sun. The gym is also relatively large and contains the most common equipment. Basically the only complaint is that room with a balcony most probably is not worth it. We had balcony room at 8th floor, but sun doesn't shine there at all and you won't even see the sunset in February. Maybe it's visible later in spring.
