"Very poor response and training in the given circumstances regarding the war and safety in Dubai. The information was non existent given from the hotel. Emergency plan wasn't relayed to guests at all and they couldn't even explain it ! Then there's the mouse which was terrible all day long !!!! Worse than ever and certainly not the making of an enjoyable quiet relaxing holiday !!! What a huge disappointment that time visiting from all angles !!!! "

"The hotel itself was great. Room and amenities very good. However, my credit card was charged for the room cost even though I had already prepaid on Expedia. I queried this and was told it was a mistake and would be refunded. Still waiting after 2 weeks. Hotel state they have refunded it, bank categorically state that they have not refunded it. Most worrying part is that I never left my credit card details with the hotel. I paid the resort tax via contactless payment so the hotel have somehow obtained my details from that. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Excellent shower. Only faults were lack of full length mirror and lack of sockets, however did not detract from overall comfort. Slightly disappointed in pool area both due to size - rather small for size of hotel and number of guests and it only catches sun from around 1pm. Beach is only across the road so easy to spend time there. Hotel will supply towels, mats, umbrellas and water. Overall a good stay "

"Overpriced, scam, badest service I‘ve ever had.. first time and last time. I‘ve been charged 160 AED for a small bag of chips and some mini chocolate bars which were on my room. Seemed like for free but while checking out they said I got something from the minibar, which I didn‘t. Then someone looked after the room, said sir you opened the chips and chocolate.. ~40€ for that.. on the other hand I‘ve spent so much at the beach, in the restaurant or in one of the bars.. overall what I can say is that I could have been in a more luxurious hotel with a much better service etc for the same amount of money (overall) or maybe just put 500-600€ on top an that‘s it. Dont go to that Hotel! "
