An older hotel, but very clean and comfortable with an incredible staff! The location was perfect for us. No elevator, but we were fine. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Overall a wonderful stay. Nothing fancy, but wonderful for the price.
I was Dublin for a wedding and booked the Fitzwilliam Townhouse, and I’m really glad I did. It was in a cute neighborhood in Dublin, and a short Uber from Temple Bar and some of the other popular spots.
Although it was nothing glamorous, the staff was so unbelievably kind and accommodating that I can’t help but give this hotel 5 stars. If you don’t need anything fancy and want a charming experience in Dublin, this is your place!
My friend and I stayed here for a couple of days in a double twin room. The hotel is in a Geogian building, so dont expect any modern amenities, but the room was clean, comfy, and the beds were great. The wifi was stable and strong. The location is perfect for walking to the best things in Dublin. The staff, especially Lenka, was great in helping us get settled.
There is no lift in the hotel. I was traveling with a heavy bag, and didn't realize there was no lift until check-in. Lenka graciously got my bag up to the 4th floor for me. As others have stated, it can be a bit noisy. This is less of an issue on the top floor. The shower was quite small. Other than this, its a wonderful hotel. Definitely recommend.
It was a pleasant stay, especially the reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. The shower could be better but all in it is a central and good place.
Beautiful, clean heritage property with historic features maintained. Location good. Shower pressure not the best and shower floor slippery. No elevator which could be a problem for those with mobility issues as there are many stairs.
Very good breakfast with both continental and full breakfast options.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I would stay there again.
We stayed here twice, at the beginning and end of our three-week trip. The staff at the desk and in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable. We liked being within walking distance of St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street and Trinity College.

The place was clean, the staff was lovely, and the breakfast was good. The building is historical and it is in a great location, but the heating was a bit hard to get right. It was either too cold or too hot. That said, I’d stay there again.
Charming & historic with modern touches; loved it!
This is a charming property that is extremely comfortable and well located.
My room was lovely and I was actually very impressed with the modern and sparkling clean bathroom.
Breakfast is included, from Continental to full Irish, and the dining room staff are very friendly.
I was completely happy with my stay here.

Great locale and sweet staff. Really clean. Good coffee and Irish breakfast
We (a family of four with children age 8 and 10) had a great stay. It was convenient to access by transit from the airport. It was very centrally located to lots of sights and amenities. The staff was very pleasant. We would stay again.
No elevator. Our shower was not working even when a member of the staff tried his best. There was only terribly hot water. One could not mix in any cold water. That said, the staff was extremely nice.

Good location, friendly staff. Our room was opposite the reception desk and it was too noisy at night with guests coming in and out. The room had a beautiful high Georgian ceiling but an ugly box shape bathroom had been built in the corner that looked awful. The furniture was old fashioned and ugly.
The hotel is in a good location to walk to most locations in Dublin. The hotel has a decent breakfast restaurant. The staff were helpful booking taxis or reservations. There are several places to eat nearby too. The room was sizable with a double bed and a single bed.
