We actually ended up staying at the Crowne plaza hotel as holiday inn is under renovation. We were very happy as this was much nicer hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Food was good. Airport shuttle picked us up right outside on time. Would definitely stay here again

We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!

The Holiday Inn property was under construction so I stayed at the Crowne Plaza. It would have been helpful if I knew this information when I arrived at Dublin airport. I was looking for Holiday shuttle. Finally told about the construction by the shuttle bus operator. However the Crowne Plaza was excellent

This was falsely advertised as Holiday Inn Express which is closed down. Crowns Plaza took their reservations. I felt lied to. I prefer Holiday Inn Express over Crowne Plaza any day. Furniture run down. Large food crumbs on floor and under bed. Staff super friendly and shuttle runs every 30 minutes except when you need it, then it’s an hour and a half for pickup from the airport. Booking not lived up to correct chain or promise.

Got upgraded to the crowne plaza

We actually never stayed at the holiday inn because it is closed at the moment but got upgraded to the wonderful crowne plaza next door for the same price. Delighted with everything there. Very cosy,comfortable,quiet and clean. We were flying out from dublin airport the next day and were able to use the hotels shuttle bus and we asked could we leave a bag there for when we got back and it was no trouble at all! Great staff and food also.

Wonderful upgrade

It was too short, as we only arrived at the hotel at 23.35, went straight to bed , had a great breakfast and left by shuttle service back to airport early next morning
