놀라운 전망의 넓고 아늑한 숙소
처음 찾아가는 길은 약간 불편할 수 있습니다. 하지만 이후에는 전혀 불편함을 느끼지 못 했습니다. 또한 두브로브니크 중심가와 가깝고 부자카페와도 가까워서 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 제가 묵은 숙소에서는 아드리안해의 전망이 바로 보이는 테라스(어마어마합니다)와 빨래를 널 수 있는 테라스, 2개의 테라스가 있었고 복층 구조로 침대 총 5개가 있었습니다. 체크아웃까지 너무 만족하며 지냈고 체크아웃 후 주인아주머니께 짐 보관도 가능 했습니다. 다시 두브로브니크에 온다면 이곳에 다시 오겠습니다.

Old Town Gem
This location was perfect. We were minutes walk from the heart of Old Town without being stuck in the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was well kept and me seen with everything we needed for our stay including a stove top kitchen ware and a fridge. We would absolutely stay here again.

You should not book this place. The pictures are very deceiving as they have a lot of water pictures on the webthat indicate are ‘lobby’ but these rooms do not offer any water view! The view from the bedroom is of the street and the rooms are against the wall and you cannot see any water.. in fact there is a whole bunch of rubble covered up with tarps….not a nice patio area. also the room is very hard to locate as they do NOT have the ‘apartment’ plaque that should be outside the door where us enter. This room is also the farthest from any of the entrances to old Dubrovnik..so lots of stairs and distance but we thought that it would be worth it because we thought we were going to be right on the water but not true! Only one set of keys inconvenience when u have 3 adults going in different directions. When I asked her about the pictures she said. The pictures are from her daughter’s apartment and from the ‘bar’ that is several blocks away. So these pictures should be removed from the website because they do not represent this property. The other issues that we had. With this property was the ‘solvent smell’ looks like they did some renovations and there is a very strong solvent smell especially at night that smells very TOXIC and cannot be healthy. they try and cover up the smell with air fresheners that plug into socket. They also have this “humidifier’ in the bedroom to mask the smell but it looked like it

Amazing stay
This was an amazing stay! It was our first time In Croatia and a great introduction to the country. Nevena was so accommodating and did whatever she could for us. The apartment was clean and spacious and in an amazing location. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We loved it.

Supergave accommodatie in “de muur” van de stad. Even zoeken, maar dan heb je ook wat. Verwacht geen picobello inrichting. Zo is er een kastje in de keuken kapot, wat extra pannen zou welkom zijn als jezelf wilt koken. Ook een (rol)gordijn in de keuken zou handig zijn. De mensen kunnen je anders makkelijk “bewonderen”.

Property has been refurbished
The property has been refurbished to a high standard so any reviews older than 2021 you can safely ignore. Location is excellent and saves much of the stair climbing associated with apartments elsewhere in The Old Town. Nena was fabulous and went above and beyond to help us out.

Great to stay in the old town and be like a local. Very safe with locking gate before you even get to Apartments. Plenty of room and property manager was great to work with.

I was comfortable. Location was convenient for getting around Old Dubrovnik. Be prepared to carry your luggage in and out of town about 1/2 mile each way. Prices are high, but one can find a few places to eat and stay within a budget.

Nuestra experiencia en el apartamento Abjanic ha sido inmejorable. La limpieza fue máxima y la ubicación no podría ser mejor, en el puro centro de Dubrovnik pero muy calmada para la noche. El apartamento también tiene una terraza donde se puede disfrutar de un agradable desayuno o comida. Llegamos a Dubrovnik sobre las 10 de la noche y la propietaria nos recibió muy amablemente y nos condujo hacia el apartamento, nos explicó todo lo que necesitábamos saber y se mostró disponible para cualquier duda que pudiéramos tener. También nos recomendó un restaurante debajo del apartamento donde cenar con un 10% de descuento y en el que cenamos una hamburguesa y una pizza buenísimas, aparte de un servicio muy amable y atento. Para cualquier duda nos pusimos en contacto con la propietaria y tardó muy poco en recomendarnos lo que necesitábamos. A la hora del check-out le pedimos si por favor nos podría dar un poco más de tiempo y se mostró muy flexible y sin problemas. Al salir nos guardó el equipaje hasta que salimos hacia el aeropuerto dado que teníamos un vuelo tardío. Un trato muy familiar y cercano que se agradece en un viaje así. Hvala van!!

Nana the owner is a lovely lady. The apartments are in a great location. Loved living with the locals. The only negative thing I could say is that I would have loved a toaster. I wouldn’t hesitate going back.

This property was not properly photographed and described on the Expedia website. My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and the apartment seemed very unkept and run down. Many wires hanging out of the wall. No kickboards or molding to close the gaps between the wall and floors. Cockroaches everywhere and you could hear the Mice inside the walls. The TV did not work and the owner was very quick to leave. There were no extra trash bags or paper towel rolls. The owner never came to give us fresh towels or take out the trash in the 4 days we were there. In order to reach the property owner I had to walk to a local restaurant to ask for her. She could not be reached so the restaurant worker called the son and then he sent over his sister after 1 hour. The apartment was not clean. The carpet was nailed to the wood floor. The kitchen was new. The table in the kitchen was loose at the legs and 1 kitchen chair was coming apart. The bathroom shower door had a lot of mold on it . Expedia has been wonderful with helping us through this ordeal. I would not recommend this facility.

Nice small studio with great location
Very nice place and owner and great location. The small studio has a terrace where you see parts of the wall. You can cook your own meals or go to several nice restaurants in a minute or two.

Stay here if you want a true Dubrovnik apartment period you are actually part of the wall when you stay here and you will hear people outside of the skylights. I found it incredibly charming to stay there. You are truly literally next to the bar on the beach and it's a great place to hang out and get into the water and escape the crowds and get called off. N e n a cannot be sweeter she is delightful and really makes a great effort at making our stay comfortable. Thank you so much for your generosity of helping us with our bags.

Vi valgte leiligheten ved murens sjøside ut fra bilde med terasse med havutsikt. Det vi fikk var en terasse med utsikt rett mot muren med mange passerende som tok bilder av oss. Leiligheten var liten men greit utstyrt. Fuktlukt, ok rent. Trivelig vert og fin beliggenhet for utforsking av gamlebyen.

Small, comfortable apartment in a good location
We stayed for three nights and found the apartment easily - just behind the cathedral - helped by Nevena, the friendly owner, who let us in. The apartment is small but contained everything we needed for our stay. As we were there at the end of December, we needed heating in the apartment - and there was plenty - an oil-filled radiator providing background heat and a wall-mounted unit that blew hot air around the room. That presumably also acts as an air-cooler in the summer. There's a separate heater in the bathroom. The bathroom is quite small but everything we needed was there - plenty of hot water, a good shower and enough storage space. The kitchenette is very compact - but why cook when Dubrovnik is full of restaurants, cafes and bars! We found the beds comfortable and there was just about enough storage space. Outside, there is a good-sized, covered terrace, which was a bit chilly to use when we were there but which must be wonderful in warmer times of the year. You can sit with a glass of wine and watch the people walking along the city walls! Of course, the location is great - anywhere inside the walls of the old town is going to be no distance from what you want to see. The apartment is only a couple of hundred yards from the stage erected for the musicians at the end of Stradun but we weren't disturbed by the quite loud music being played there! Wifi was a bit hit-and-miss, sometimes OK, sometimes not! The landlady was very helpful when we contacted her.

Fantastisk beliggenhed ikke ved, men nærmest i den gamle bymur. Gode senge og dejlig veranda. Vi havde godt vejr og opholdt os ikke så meget i lejligheden. Good location
The studio room was extremely small but adequate since not a lot of time was spent in it. The veranda is an area with a table and chairs however you look at walls. The room was not well ventilated as it had a terrible musty odour. Black mold in the bathroom. The location was what made it. In the heart of “stari grad” with all attractions within metres of your door. If you are looking for something reasonable and close to the action this is your place. If you’re looking for comfort this is not your place. Lots of stairs so not recommend if you have mobility issues.

Think very carefully before booking!
Good position next to old city wall and could wave to walkers, great! Other than that, the safety aspect was very concerning: 1. First night there before retiring, very loud vibrating noise from under the stairs, big brown electrical box, still don't know what it is, was boiling hot to touch and seemed it would explode any minute and set stairs alight. Took out plug thinking I would be electrocuted, stayed very hot all night. 2. Electrical cords not safe, kettle, TV looped everywhere. 3. No maintenance: under double bed slats broken, outside table near to collapsing, dangerous. 4. I was aware of steps in the old city as had visited many years ago but the the last straw was 20 or more nearly vertical, dangerous narrow steps from the street to the unit door. Plus 2 flights inside the unit. If you are carrying a medium suitcase, I would strongly suggest other accommodation. Love Dubrovnik but hugely disappointed in the accommodation.

The apartment is wonderful and big! There were only two of us, so it was nice to have space and our own rooms. Ivana was amazing, very helpful and sweet. Located right along the wall, which is a perfect location! The ease of access to everything was superb. There are a lot of steps, but you’ll have a lot of steps no matter where you stay. My only minor complaint is the shower - you could stay in for about 10 minutes before the water started to cool off. That said, I would still stay here again in a heartbeat.

The view was absolutely lovely. The wall was close enough to touch. All the beds were in one room. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well with utensils or dishes/pots and pans. We asked for a coffee maker and it was delivered right away.

旧市街の中にあるので、スーツケース引きずって向かうのは少々タフでした。でも、下はレストランだし何をするにも便利な場所で、不自由なく楽しく過ごせました！

Cute but very cramped, especially in the bathroom and "kitchen". The woman who showed us the room was very nice and helpful, but the owner only gave her one key to give us, making use of the apartment very difficult if we weren't all going to the same place. Great location

Excellent Position
A lovely little apartment within the city walls. We had a large terrace which was great to sit on with a glass of wine and wave to the people walking on the walls just above. We had a bad start to our holiday with flight delays and lost luggage but with the help of Ivana, the lady who looks after the apartment, it got sorted out and we cannot thank her enough. We would certainly return again to this apartment in the future
