The property was not really what I expected. Scheduling a private transfer from the airport was challenging. The driver was not easily seen,held a small piece of paper up for my name. I spent 20 min on the phone back n forth with the hotel. The staff was definitely frustrated as was I, but better planning and communication should have happened. once i arrived at the hotel, the staff was nicer and helpful. My transfer back to the airport should have been at the hotels expense considering the first one. The room was fine, outdated for sure. The bed was really hard and the pillows were flat. Breakfast in the morning, i am not sure what it was. I only looked 1x and i saw cereal? But i never planned to eat it anyway. You can hear people above you in the room, but not too bad other than that the area is quiet. You do get multiple actual keys for the hotel. For a man, im not sure how they would carry in their pockets. getting into the place locking and unlocking is a bit of a hassle but you get use to it.
