Great place for a quick one day accommodation before heading to Kotor. The hotel was close enough to the Gruz bus station for an early morning wake-up. The room was small, but clean and cozy. The food at the restaurant was amazing!! we love trying vegan restaurants when we go abroad and this place did not disappoint. Also, very friendly staff.

Room more akin to youth hostel. Tiny bathroom, minimal coffee/tea facilities, tiny sheets (weirdly). Worst was location on busy main road. We checked out early. Staff in restaurant very friendly though.

Great for 2 nights but not much longer, it’s above and almost part of a vegetarian plant based restaurant so food choices are limited unless that’s your eating style. (Thank god they had French fries). Great location as far a catching a cruise, old town bus stop is very close maybe 100’

Great location close to the old town and located above an excellent vegan/vegetarian restaurant. Just know the restaurant is closed on Sunday's. Highly recommend :)

A lovely place to stay! The hotel is right on the water and above the “Plant based” restaurant. It appears to be newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome. It was a treat to have the restaurant below for morning coffee or delicious food. We took advantage of a late check out (10 euro an additional hour) and bag storage (also for a fee).

Great location right by the harbor and close to businesses etc…However the place was really cramped and amenities need improvement. Leak in the bathroom from the sink. To their credit, they fixed the leak right away. All drains need unclogging, especially in the shower. We arrived in a rental car and had to find a parking lot after having to unload our luggage on the curb (no place for even a 5 minute luggage unloading). Not an easy task because of the incessant traffic! In addition, the closest credit parking is €25 per day. Would have been nice if our host had taken the time to let us know about what to expect. The place runs a vegan restaurant downstairs and the staff was very helpful but the owners seem to not care much about their airbnb guests. I would only recommend with caution.

The positives: Check-in was fairly easy, the AC worked well, and the location is convenient for the bus line and bus station. The vegan restaurant downstairs was surprisingly good and has a nice garden area. There were also plenty of towels, and the sheets and pillowcases were clean and nicely ironed. The windows did a good job reducing some of the outside noise. The negatives: There were some cleanliness and hotel-standard issues. There was mold in the shower and the headboard was not clean. The comforter was not in a duvet cover when I arrived, so I had to put it on myself, and I was unsure about its cleanliness. There was only a rubbish bin in the bathroom, with none in the main room, and no tea or coffee available. The drinkware was also quite mismatched. The property is next to a busy road and boats can be very loud, while the walls between rooms are extremely thin. I could hear neighbours coughing and using the bathroom very clearly. The key-entry system also feels a little outdated. The rooms are more apartment-style, so daily cleaning is not provided. Having to walk through the restaurant to reach the rooms is unusual but manageable. Overall, there are some good aspects, but a few relatively simple improvements would make the stay much more comfortable.

We loved our stay at urban&veggies, it is very close to the port where the airport shuttle drops off and even closer to the bus to old town. The views in the morning were spectacular and the breakfast was so good! I would definitely return and recommend

Excellent option in Dubrovnik

Great location right on the main harbor street. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Only stayed one night, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. Breakfast buffet was terrific!

I stayed 2 nights in the balcony room. Small but functional, with the best view! I had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. They had live music which was a bonus. Proximity to the boats and buses is very good. Definitely stay again if back in Dubrovnik. The staff are super friendly and helpful, very welcoming.

The property is located very close to the ferry dock so absolutely ideal for travellers needing to overnight to or from the islands. The check in was very simple with instructions clearly communicated. I especially liked the communal seated area and access to an ironing board and iron (nice touch).

Great room with a lovely bed, good shower, and decent location. It’s convenient to take the bus to and from the old town, as there isn’t much happening in the immediate area. Delicious vegan breakfast buffet at the restaurant downstairs. Also tried some small dishes and cocktails, which were very flavorful. Highly recommended :)
