"Excellent location just off the high street and main attractions . However if you are wanting a view there is no view from the rooms as it is in the side street. The staff were friendly and were professional in all areas. They maintained a clean room and clean bedding. Good selection of breakfast and offered alternatives to the menu when requested. The WiFi worked well. Rooms were over 2 floors and no lift, this was no problem for ourselves but is mentioned for anyone less infirm. There was no bar area in the hotel and no tea or coffee making facilities , the hotel would benefit from this alternative option especially when the hotel reception closed in an afternoon on weekdays and earlier at the weekend. Overall we enjoyed our stay "

"Instructions on getting the key and keeping the hot water running were less than clear. There was no TV (cable controller missing), and no attempt by the order to fix the issue while I was there. "
