“The resort itself was fine. The staff was very busy, a bit overwhelmed and slow as a result. The townhouse we were put in was dirty, outdated, with a broken family room tv, sliding doors that are impossible to lock or broken and bedrooms so very small with furniture too large, it was impossible to change in the bedroom. The doors did not stay open and u could not stand in bathroom at the sink with door open. We asked for someone to come out and fix tv, no one came. Garbage outside that smelled...

“It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too. ”
