Steckedosen die aus der Wand hängen. Personal das kaum deutsch beherrscht. Löchrige Handtücher. Dreckige Bettwäsche! Das ist für mich alles nur kein 4 Sterne Standart. Wasser läuft im Waschbecken nicht richtig ab! Die Kaffeemaschine hatte noch Wasser vom vorherigen Nutzer drinnen und hat noch nie einen entkalker gesehen. Fernseher lief nicht richtig. Katastrophe.

Leider nicht genügend Handtücher auf dem Zimmer, nach 2-maligen erinnern wurden sie aber gebracht. Die Wasserflaschen waren leider leer und in der Kaffeemaschine befanden sich gebrauchte Kapseln. Het is echt een heel fijn hotel met een perfecte ligging voor een weekend Düsseldorf. De winkels liggen op 10 minuten loopafstand. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. Er was een foutje gemaakt met de kamers maar dat werd direct hersteld. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en gevarieerd met veel gezonde opties. Enig minpuntje is de warmte op de kamers (24,5 gr), we hebben lekker met het raam open geslapen. Dus geen probleem. We zullen zeker terugkomen!

Room was boiling hot and staff offered no help, had to keep window open 24/7 (it was 8/9 degrees outside) to be able to sleep. ‘Executive’ room was incredibly worn down, all needs love and care. ‘King bed’ was two singles pushed together. ‘Separate’ sitting area was the other side of the same room, that’s not separate and was useless when travelling with a child who needs to sleep earlier than you. Bathroom had 3 bottles labelled ‘shampoo and body wash’ but each had different colour liquid and consistencies. Housekeeping very inconsistent, still cleaning rooms at 6pm! Never cleaned glasses or coffee cups (sometimes got new pods and water, sometimes didn’t) All staff we encountered were just unhelpful, and made no attempt at all to improve our stay. Unless you’re staying for business (i.e not paying), stay somewhere else
