시내 중심가에서 4일 머물고 래디슨 호텔에서 4일을 머물렀는데 무엇보다도 주위가 조용해서 좋았다. 그리고 호텔 바로 앞에 U반이 다녀서 편리했다. 집앞에 5분 거리에 라인 강변에 도달할 수 있다.

시설도 깔끔하고, 깨끗하게 정돈된 느낌이다. 그리고 직원들이 친절하다. 무엇보다 여기는 주변에 편의점이나 상점이 별로 없어 15분정도 걸어나가야하지만 주변 광경은 너무 아름다웠다.

Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe. Wir waren um 10 Uhr da,Frühstücken ging bis 11 Uhr. Das Restaurant war komplett überfüllt,die Speisen waren leee und wurden bis 11 Uhr auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt (keine Brötchen,keine Eier) nur Obst gab es reichlich.Um 10:45 Uhr kam der Restaurant Manager und bat alle Gäste um die Aufmerksamkeit.Hierbei wurde sich entschuldigt,dass alles etwas länger dauern würde.Man sei an diesem Tag ziemlich ausgebucht.Um 11 Uhr schliesse das Buffet und man hätte jetzt die Chance,sich die letzten Sachen vom Buffet zu holen.Schade nur,dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt gar nichts mehr da war.Um 10.55 Uhr wurde eine Absperrung vor den Eingang gezogen,sodass niemand mehr Zutritt zu dem Buffet hatte. Das Personal sichtlich überfordert und das Hotel ganz schlecht bei der Planung der Frühstücksmenge-so viele Frühstücker fallen ja auch einfach so vom Himmel.Für den Frühstückspreis die reinste Katastrophe.

Staff in this hotel absolutely not friendly, to change towels you have to call them 3-4 times, crazy rules if towel not on floor they not change it. I was ask then extend my room for 1 day night before, I was told come back in the morning , when I was back next morning hotel manager told me they have no rooms available and you have to go find other hotel. On my question why night before , girl on recepcion promised me room, she told me probably she forgot put request on the system, and now she has no rooms. Is it normal way to do business in 5 stars hotel?

Great location in the Expo/Messe area
The hotel is very well located if you are visiting Expo/Messe/Arena... Subway station is very close. Although one minor issue was that hotel was repairing one elevator, and customers had to use service elevator. Hope they finish soon.

Quiet, walkable distance to the city center. Bus stop just 3minutes walk and about 15mins to the airport. Staff were helpful. Pool, steam room and showers all very decent. Will stay there again.
