The property is beautiful and in a nice area. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and enough room for your luggage. The food at the restaurant was very good. Expedia and the hotel website states that the property has laundry service and a place to do your own laundry. We were counting on that as we needed to do laundry. The hotel does NOT have either of those services. The manager was able to help us out and did a small load of laundry for us. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Room i was given was not a 4 star room, no curtains only wooden shutters that didn't close, tv you couldn't watch because of.its location, dead insects in bath room light, etc. Room picture was not any like any of the pictures on website. I would say 1 star at the best.

Stayed in room 22, one light didnt work, a plug socket wasnt secured correctly to the wall, door to the outside grassy area didnt lock correctly. Apart from these little issues it was a lovely stay, the staff were wonderful and helpful and always on hand to help. Would definitely stay here agin.

Visiting Knockhill, so location was perfect. Friendly staff, great pool and hot tub. Most areas were well looked after, could do with some TLC, however, work was taking place while I was there.
