"It was an okay stay. But, we ran out of towels - the phone in the room didn't work. I called by cell to the front desk 3 times and never got an answer. Went down to get new towels and waited 10 minutes and no one ever showed up to the front desk. The breakfast bar didn't have milk for the cereal, and half the juice options were out for the 3 days we stayed there. The pool was also quite murky."

"The room was very spacious, pretty clean, and had everything from a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.The AC was right by one bed which made it hard to get air to the opposite bed. Our top lock on the door was broken. The property is motel style which we were a bit iffy about but it was very quiet and no issues. The pool was closed. Breakfast was ok but the staff was on top of restocking everything. "

"This hotel was awesome. The room was clean and plenty of towels. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and saw it being maintained in the morning. Breakfast was way better than we had expected. Food was continually filled and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was located so that we parked our car when we arrived and didn't move it until we were ready to leave Durango. We walked to dinner, stores and the train. We also did our laundry so that we wouldn't have to do it on our way...
