"Got to the Hotel room wasn’t ready when it said it was I was told I would get a call and never did. Went back 1.5 hours finally got to my room. No breakfast at this hotel have to pay 10 a day for breakfast and you have to pay for parking which is another 10 dollars a night not included in the rates of the room"

"The heater wouldn’t work that great. They gave us a portable one so if you have kiddos and it’s cold, be aware also there was poor lighting. Everything just felt old about the place."

But what truly stood out was the service. We were arriving early from out of town, so we called to ask about early check-in, and they kindly accommodated us right away. I know that’s not always possible, but it made such a difference for us. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming from start to finish. The room was very clean, everything was great, and my whole family agreed—this has been one of the best places we’ve stayed."

"There is no tv available at this hotel. The staff acts like it is the fault of the provider, but not surprisingly, no one ever came to work on the service. It would be better if they did not lie about the available amenities."
