for a hotel in the countryside, it seems unacceptable to charge for parking for a car wothout having warned guests at the time of booking of this extra costs. Hotel is comfortable but dated.

I do not recommend if you expect 4* service

Closed reception After 22h30. It was written in small caractères in hôtels app and WE didn't pay attention as is was supposée tonbe a 4* hôtel. In addition hotel didn't accepte to reimburse, neither hotel.com despite our call and our gold member status.

😊 The parking was good and hotel nice and clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was plentiful ☹️ When we arrived the room was not made, there were no towels or linen. We alerted housekeeping and 2 hours later the room was finally done, however there were still not enough towels and only 1 small bottle of water provided for a family of 4. The kitchen also closed quite early so we were not able to get anything to eat in the evening.

Hôtel très propre, grand studio familial auquel il ne manque qu’un frigo pour être parfait. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné mais attention malgré la proximité avec la frontière ne parle pas du tout français. Les frais de parking ne sont pas mentionnés par expédia (supplément de 10 euros par jour). Le dîner du restaurant est exorbitant (30 euros par personne ) par rapport à la qualité, au peu de choix ( buffet de dessert avec 1 seul dessert !) et à la quantité. Le dîner contraste avec le petit déjeuner abondant, varié et gargantuesque. L’espace piscine est grand et agréable il y a un sauna mais nous ne l’avons pas vu en fonction.

Soweit ganz gutes Hotel, Personal könnte etwas zügiger die Tische zum Frühstück abräumen, dann wäre es auch günstig wenn man mit Kindern dieses Hotel besucht wenn es mehr Nutella bzw. Schockicreme geben würde sowie evtl. Kakao.

Net en schoon hotel met ruime kamers en zwembad. Het hotel zit in een voormalige kraamkliniek en is zes jaar geleden verbouwd. Daarom zijn alle kamers suites (ruime hal, pantry, badkamer, slaapkamer en zitkamer). Eind juli is bekend geworden dat de eigenaar er per oktober een zorghotel van gaat maken, dus het is na september niet meer als regulier hotel te boeken.

Das Schwimmbad war schön groß, ideal zum Schwimmen. Service zum Frühstück war nicht sehr freundlich. Vor 9:00 Uhr wurde das Bufett nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour europa park (40mn max) et idem pour Strasbourg. Bien aménagé pour la famille avec un coin cuisine ( évier + plan travail) et chambre enfant.

Für eine Nacht okay

Für eine Nacht okay! Problematisch wird es wenn mit NZF angereist wird, die Tiefgarage hat eine Begrenzung von 1,9m für Sprinter höhere Servicefahrzeuge gibts einen kleinen Seitenstreifen, dieser kostet ebenfalls 10 Euro die Nacht. Der Empfang war bei mir sehr freundlich und bemüht, allgemein ist der Service im Hotel bemüht. Auf deutsch klappt die Kommunikation aber nicht ganz, englisch ist hier von Vorteil. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett auch, allerdings schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war sauber, allerdings blättert die Farbe von der Decke. Essen abends ist ehr auf Kantinen Niveau, wenn man weis was man bekommt ist es okay sonst wäre ich enttäuscht. Frühstück war morgens um 7 Uhr ausreichend und gut. Für mich kein 4 Sterne Haus, da hab ich schon deutlich bessere 2 Sterne Häuser gehabt. (4 Übernachtungen pro Woche)

Agir vite !!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Par contre l’hôtel me réclame les petits déjeuners alors que je vous les ai payé à la réservation… Et l’hôtesse s’est trompée de numéro de chambre pour les dîners et je ne m’en suis pas aperçue au moment du paiement (en espèces devant témoins) et elle me réclame à nouveau ce règlement. Il y a peut-être une différence mais pas 264,40€ de surplus… merci de bien vouloir mettre les choses au clair

Insecte dans la chambre

La chambre était envahie de coccinelles, on en a retirée une vingtaine, voyant que il en restait encore plein on a demander à l'accueil ce qu'il pouvais faire, une personne est allée nettoyer, 30 minutes plus tard on y retourne, et on trouve encore des coccinelles volant dans la chambre sans compter une dizaine sur le rideau, finalement une autre personne est de nouveau venu nettoyer... Au final, 2 nettoyages, mais tout de même ces insectes qui sont restée dormir dans la chambre et qu'on entendais voler la nuit, de plus, le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnais pas, soit disant un problème d'eau... Enfin soit, aucune solution trouvé pour solutionner le problème malgré 2 tentatives ratés par le personnel... A l'avenir je n'y retournerais pas

Grosse déception

Nous sommes décus de notre séjour dans cet hôtel pour plusieurs raisons, la première c'était l'absence d'électricité dans la salle de bains, on nous a donné une lampe à poser pour pouvoir éclairer, la deuxième le dîner au restaurant qui est chèr et qui n'a pas suffi pout tout le monde la troisième c'est le problème de communication vu que la plupart des employés ne parlaient que allemand et la quatrième c'est les 120 € qu'on nous a facturés en supplément et qui n'étaient pas mentionnés lors de la réservation
