First Class Service

What a brilliant experience. I booked this hotel for a friend who had eye surgery at the nearby McCords Hospital. I received first class service throughout. Thank you Promise for all your help.

Disappointed

There was nothing LUX about it. We were in an outside room. We had to walk up a flight with a rail and then up another flight of metal stair to get to the room. On opening the door we were met with the overwhelming smell of a deoderiser that was actually hiding the damo smell. The room was clean but the bathroom had a chipped basin, cracked floor & wall tilea. The shower cubicle was coming loose from the wall. There was mold on the tiles and door resessers and ceiling. Ventalation was poor in the bathroom.
